1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 or 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.
2. How to Return an Item

- Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed, including any necessary return authorization and address details.
- Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase in cash or as a discount on future purchases. Since we only offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment method, refunds are processed as only in cash.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any product that has been used or altered.
- Items purchased through special promotions or sales (unless otherwise specified).
- Digital products or services.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 or 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return for the damaged or defective item and send you a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Processing Time
Once we receive your return and process it, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be cash to your store account.
8. International Returns
